Q1: How are shipping and delivery handled?

Light Seeds ships all One of A Kind orders within 3-7 business days.

All Individually crafted, Made To Order pieces are taking up to 6 weeks for completion and you'll be notified upon shipping.

Shipping costs are based on weight, and tracking information is provided. We confirm your order through an email; if you do not receive it, contact us.

Q2: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We use Canada Post courier for all domestic and international orders.

Once your package has left our studio, we don’t have control over how long it takes to arrive, and aren’t able to speed up the process.

Estimated time for domestic delivery is 2-6 business days.

All international orders are estimated at 4-14 business days.

Every order comes with a tracking number.

Q3: What if I need my order by a specific time?

Please contact us with your request before placing your order and we will do our best to assist you.

Q4: What is Route Package Protection?

Route Package Protection is a third-party insurance solution for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is automatically added at checkout but can be declined.

Warranties, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Q6: Do you offer Manufacture Warranty?

Your jewelry has been created with the utmost attention to detail, care and intention. Handmade jewelry is not perfect and as such may have very small imperfections compared with machine-made jewelry.

We do not offer warranty, but if you are not satisfied with your piece contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Q7: Do you offer refunds and returns?

At this time we are unable to offer refunds or returns on hand-made jewelry.

Q8: Do you offer exchanges and what is the process?

Exchanges must be returned within 14 days, and the customer covers shipping. Contact us to initiate exchanges.

Q9: What is the general care advice for Light Seeds creations?

Light Seeds creations are made to last but require delicate treatment. Follow these tips:

  • Remove jewelry during vigorous activities.
  • Keep pieces away from heat, water, sweat, body oils, and chemicals.
  • Proper storage in the provided silk bag prevents scratches and damage.

Q10: Do you offer repairs?

Made with outmost care, Light Seeds creations can be subject to repair and freshened up.
