While practicing yoga in an Ashram in the mountains of Quebec, I learned the ancient art of Mala Making. 100% silk is used to create this Healing Tool. As I tie each knot, between the beads my healing affirmations are imbedded into this piece uplifting you in your practice.

Ceremony Mala is created as an adornment that can be worn as a necklace or a wrap bracelet.  

Howlite is a stone used to calm an overactive mind, help release stress, anger and tension by absorbing negative energies from you or others.

Pearl is a water element that works especially well with the Heart Chakra.

Selenite – Spiritual activation, communication with Higher Self

Moonstone – the Goddess, self-discovery, insights, connection to your intuition.

Other elements include silk thread and copper.
