Welcome,

This is a gentle ritual of returning to your body.

Before we begin, find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for the next thirty minutes or more.

Have a journal and a pen nearby.

Sit comfortably with your spine erect and your hands resting palms up.

When you are ready, press play.

After the meditation, take a moment to notice how you feel.

Anchor what you discovered in your journal, in your own words, no filter, no shaping.
